CONTEXT

There are many needs in the Cueibet area, and we would like the students of Mazzolari Teachers College – the future teachers of South Sudan – to find a welcoming environment with basic services where they can study.

One of the problems to be met concerns the availability of water; the 10,000 liter tank currently used by the school is also used by the local community, which lives in desperate conditions.

OUR GOALS

• ensure safe and safe drinking water at the college
• reduce health risks related to the consumption of contaminated water
• protect the right to health and access to water
• install a water tower with 2 PVC tanks of 10,000 liters each

The project includes the purchase of the water tanks, steel material for the tower, installation and labor, logistics and transportation for works in Cueibet.

BENEFICIARIES

• The students of Mazzolari Teachers College and the teacher and employee staff (50 people)
• People in the local community (about 1000 people)
